BTF is one of Nigeria’s leading large edible oil manufacturers, with a complete production base covering oil pressing, refining, blending, packaging and warehousing. The factory operates a full industrial zone including production workshops, raw material depots, finished goods warehouses, utility areas and administrative buildings. BTF already had a basic legacy security system in place but faced aging hardware, blind spots, unstable transmission and poor adaptability to tropical weather. To strengthen site safety, prevent theft, and meet stricter operational standards, BTF commissioned ETROLINK for a full security system rectification, upgrade & enhancement.

1. Full-Coverage CCTV Upgrade New high‑definition cameras (bullet, dome, PTZ) deployed across workshops, warehouses, tanks and open yards. Replaced legacy equipment, eliminated blind zones.

• Network & Transmission Upgrade 1,500m CAT6 high‑speed cable + 1,000m armored fiber backbone. Stable 4K transmission for monitoring and production data.
• Lightning & Surge Protection Enhancement 35+ PoE lightning protectors, outdoor waterproof boxes and surge devices. Adapted to Nigeria’s severe thunderstorm climate.
• Power & Auxiliary Rectification New power distribution, RVV cables, industrial monitoring boxes, and fiber fusion kits. Standardized on‑site wiring.
• On‑Site Rectification & Commissioning Legacy system removal, new equipment installation, network testing, and full‑site debugging. Minimal downtime.
